AKTID SETS ITS SIGHTS ON THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET

After more than 25 years’ experience and growth in France, which has intensified considerably in recent years, Aktid’s ambition is now to expand internationally by exporting its know-how. Pierre-André Payerne, who remains the majority shareholder, declared this intention on 4 March during his appearance on the BFM BUSINESS PARTENAIRE programme: “My vision for the Aktid of tomorrow is an international company, firmly rooted in its social and environmental commitments, and recognised for the performance and reliability of its industrial solutions. […] Targeted partnerships and acquisitions will enable us to accelerate. For the next stage of internationalisation, which should be rapid and ambitious, we are logically looking for partners with international experience and the financial resources to give us the means to achieve our ambitions.”

Aktid sets its sights on the international market by opening its capital to French private equity fund Initiative & Finance “Tomorrow” :

Convinced by the project, confident about the prospects for development and determined to build a more sustainable world, Initiative & Finance “Tomorrow” will support Aktid in its international expansion. This Midcap “Tomorrow” fund provides development capital support to the management teams of medium-sized companies who place the sustainability of their business model at the heart of their business plan.

To mark the occasion, Aktid’s teams and its new partners met for a lunch and drinks on the company’s premises to get to know each other and celebrate this exciting new adventure!
